Tonight Eternity Alone

This is a great performance! They sing with wonderful tone (very warm and bright). I think we can create more dynamic range (louder louds, softer softs).

Fall Concert 2011

The Red Flame by Luis Argerich

The choirs at PHS will perform a fall choral concert entitled “Bright Morning” with music from Africa, Europe and the United States centered on the theme of night turning into day. Several highlights will include the freshman and sophomore women premiering an entirely new piece called “The Day is Done” and the Mixed Choir and Concert Choir performing “Tonight Eternity Alone” a song that is usually only performed at the college level. Students from the four choirs will sing in a variety of styles from folk and gospel to classical and contemporary music.

Introductions!

Hi All,

It’s great to get to know you a little better through your tumblr posts. If you forgot to upload a picture, you still can. Try to find one that says something about you.

If you posted your introduction on your own blog, you need to copy it to the blog of the choir you belong to. That should only take 30 seconds.

Come to me with any questions you might have.

Keep posting!
